Just 45-60 minutes away from Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan getting there is a breeze fascilitated by comfortable highways and easy reading signs. The resort has available for a minimal fee access to two 18 hole golf courses,20 tennis courts, hotels, casino, clubs, shops, beatiful beaches, scuba diving, horse back riding, and many other amenities. From USA getting there is an average flight time from the Eastern Coast of 3-4 hours at a round trip air fare cost of approximately $300-$500 depending the season.
Driving Directions: From the San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, follow the signs to Teodoro Moscoso Bridge. Pass the toll ($2) and get to highway 17 (Pinero Ave.), pass under highway 18 and exit right towards Caguas. Follow highway 18 and exit left unto highway 52 Expressway toward Caguas. Continue following the sign that says Caguas. After 15-20 minutes out of the city, you will reach a tollbooth (no fee in your direction). Take the first exit to your right. As you come down the ramp stay to your right. Take the second exit toward Humacao. You will pass the exits to Gurabo, Juncos and Las Piedras. When you reach the right exit which says Yabucoa, Humacao Sur (route 53) stay on this road and follow the sign which will direct you to Palmas del Mar. You will come to another tollbooth (.50). Get off the second exit after this tollbooth. Follow Road 905 right about half a mile to Palmas del Mar Resort entrance to your left. After passing the Guard House continue on Palmas Drive. After passing the third exit to your left (Candelero Drive) you will be going up a small hill. At the top make a left turn unto Palmanova Drive (fourth exit from the Guard House). About a 1/6 th of a mile make a left turn onto Palmanova. At the end of this short street make a right turn unto Montecarlo. The third building to your right is 120 Montecarlo, your destination. Driving time from the airport approximately 1-1/2 hours.
	Palmas del Mar Resort has 3 miles of beautiful beaches. Some of the best sailing, fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling are right off the eastern coast.
