Rental Fees and Deposits are as following:

Per Day (including night stay)=
$ 400 -$50 per extra day Minimum
Rental Period : Three Days/Two Nights ( $800)
Four Days/ Three Nights= $1150
Five Days/Four Nights = $1500
Six Days/ Five Nights= $1850
Seven
Days/Six Nights = $2200
Six + Month Contract Rent= $2500 per month ( Condo-like fees, telephone, electricity,
water and cable fees will be billed separately. NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL FEE)
Other Periods of time rent fees will be assesed depending on period and occupants. Maximum Occupants = 8 persons (includes children all
ages), No pets allowed. Later check-out
time will result in additional charges.
No
subleasing allowed.
Requested Security and Rental Deposit:
Less than a month: Total fee for days rented has
to be paid 30 days in advance. In case of cancelation only 50% will be refunded. An equal amount has to be deposited as a
security deposit which will be returned as long as no damages to the property or contents are incurred.
More than
a month: The rental fee for a month plus the same amount (security deposit)has to be paid 30 days in advance of beggining
of rental period. In case of a cancellation only 50% of rental fee and 100% security deposit will be refunded. A Lease / Rental Agreement will be mailed ,faxed
or emailed to you. This signed document including the rental and deposit payment must be in our possesion 30 days prior
to the occupancy date.

Three
bedroom will accomodate 8-10 people. Short term (minimum 2 days / 2 nights) and Long Term rental available.
