This
Villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms with large closet space and 2 full bathrooms, powder room, living, dining,
full kitchen, balconies, roof terrace and private swimming pool. The kitchen appliances include a slide
in stove and an ice/water dispensing refrigerator,. Cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses and flatware are
part of the accessories. A microwave oven, coffeemaker, blender, and toaster finish out the cooking area.
An island with bar stools along the kitchen make for comfortable eating space.
The first level is the entrance to the house with adjoining closed-in garage area. A
powder room is located just off the 2nd level.
The second floor is a large open space consisting
of the living, dining and kitchen. Just beyond the sliding kitchen door is the private swimming pool where a
table and chairs provide the option for a late night poolside dinner
The master bedroom with
its own bathroom and 2 other comfortably sized bedrooms and 1 baths are located on the 3rd level. The washer/dryer is
also centrally located on the same floor.
An easy access clay tiled roof terrace lends a view of
the tropical rainforest , the coastline, Island of Vieques and an incredible night star viewing . Side lights,
a wet bar and chairs on the terrace inspire small social gathering day or night.
Balconies
on either side of the house make it possible to see Palmas del Mar from many vantage points.
A color TV with cable service and music system add to entertainment.
Guests can make
arrangements with an on site store to go scuba diving, snorkeling or sailing. Palmas Del Mar complex includes
the hotel casino, gulf club, tennis club, and horseback riding. You can contact management regarding costs
once at resort.
A Chinese restaurant, Italian
pizzeria, convenient stores, small retail clothing are in the resort square of Palmanova Plaza; less than a 5
minute walk. Golf carts are available for lease to explore the entire resort. The beach is an

-10 minute walk from the villa. Located on the beach is Beach Bohio , simmering with delicious drinks, seafood and other dishes
.
In the other direction, next to the marina, are more restaurants and the fishermans warf.
At the warf, each morning local fishermen catch fresh grouper, red snapper, and kingfish. By early noon
it is ready to be served with ripe plantains(amarillos) or fried green banana(tostones) and various salads.
Cab service to the old city can be arranged from the resort or car rental from the airport
would ensure mobility outside of the resort area. San Juan is a 45 minute ride from Palmas Del Mar.
